yesterday, I went to visit an old friend.

she has a cute little mobile home, and in that moment

of walking thru here door my perception allowed me two choices…

one choice was to feel sorry for myself that I had left my mobile home

and moved away, leaving behind my grandchildren and most of my

earthly possessions….i gave most of them to my children and arrived

in this new space with very little of the things of the world…

yet, in that now, right in front of me, was this brand new baby,

full of smiles, giggles and sweet looks of innocence…

right there….right in that moment………..all became clear to me

I could chose to experience the very love of myself sitting there right

in front of me, or I could choose to have a pity party…wow…

heaven and hell….love or fear………right in that holy instant…

I chose love…I chose to experience the present moment with no thought

for the past, no thought of the future. simply the eternal now of

love’s presence…

this is it, my beloved friends…this is what all of the lessons and seeking

and doing…all of it leads to….only this one thing…

LOVE….

we are eternal experiencers of love’s presence.. the mystery of that which

I AM, continually doing a dance of love for me to enjoy if I allow myself

to choose to “see only love” in each new movie screen of my awareness…

it’s up to me……….do I choose heaven, or do I choose something else…

always the something else will take my feeling center out of love…

out of peace…it is all a retraining of the mind…

as I choose for love

by seeing it in the now

I… as the creator I A M

will only create reality…

distortion will fall way

into the emptiness it is…

the nothingness it holds

every time I choose

to see only love

I lift the whole of creation

with each loving thought…

now, this is Mastery…!!!!!!!!!!!!

in asking to receive
you cannot ask for Spirit to take away
because in the act of taking
you must receive as
-giving and receiving are one-
so asking
"please take this burden from me' '
"please take this pain from me'
"please take this suffering from me"
is a sure way to keep
the burden, pain and suffering...
-what you give is what you receive-
only the thought of separation
could forward such a request...
therefore, only ask for what you truly want
that's why my prayer is always and only
that i want the peace of God
all that appears as non-peace-non-love
is blessed and handed to the
Wholeness of Self (Holly Spirit)
there it is purified and returned
only in wholeness
where pain, suffering and death cannot exist

Was driving on the hyway and needed to pull into an upcoming turning lane on the left, necessitating my first going into the fast lane . I did this and speed up as much as i could but not fast enough for the car behind me to make a green light. The driver, a young women, rolled down her window and angrily gave me a double bird with her middle fingers. I asked my fullest self how can i return a blessing for the passionate feelings she sent. i was told to pull up next to her and give her the peace sign, which i did. Her angry face seemed to melt and she nodded her head in agreement with my sentiment and a slight smile came to her face. "A Miracle." It comes when all you desire is peace and her anger was the blessing that bought it to me. Michael

“Cosmic Ascension is a choice not a path”

What does this mean to you?

Many see the ascension as a path, it happens while they grow and learn. This is true for planetary ascension which almost all of you will reach at one point.

Cosmic Ascension however is a choice and many will not reach it in this lifetime unless they make the choice.

You will have reached planetary ascension when you have integrated all twelve chakras and your light quotient is about 50%. With light quotient we mean your physical body has reached a level of frequency that is that 50% of your physical body is light enough to carry the higher 5th dimensional frequencies.

Cosmic Ascension is when your light quotient is 99%. This means your physical body has been transformed and is ready to ascend completely into a light body.

Now the difference between the two is obvious and the first one, planetary ascension is the path of all of you on earth at this time. There is however a choice, and the choice is do you also want to finish the Cosmic Ascension.

So with path we mean: You follow what comes your way and you complete the planetary ascension along your path of learning and growing. Cosmic Ascension is a conscious decision and means you have to go to work yourself to find all that is needed for your Cosmic Ascension.

Planetary ascension is something that will happen for all of you as the earth moves into the new frequencies, if you are conscious of it or not. Cosmic Ascension requires conscious awareness of the process of ascension and is your choice.

The possibility is there for everyone to finish Cosmic Ascension before the earth really move into her new place in the new earth realities.

We are not really concerned with the love quotient at this point since the frequencies of love have been embedded into the new frequencies that are on earth at this time already.

Now many of you have already reached planetary ascension and are still continuing on your path instead of taking the opportunity and make the conscious decision of fulfilling your lifelong dream of cosmic ascension. Cosmic ascension is where you return to your soul, source consciousness which completes you in all levels of being.

Now you might say what is the advantage of Cosmic Ascension?

It allows for you to become the creator fulltime. If you finish planetary ascension you will go to the new earth, but you will not be a conscious creator of your new life completely. That ability comes into play once you are working on cosmic ascension. And once you have completed cosmic ascension you are the full creator of your new life. It is something that was not talked about until now. The first goal has always been to have everyone on earth complete planetary ascension to be able to move with the earth into the new 5th dimensional frequencies. At this time we feel it is you who are ready to complete cosmic ascension and we want to assist you in this if you decide to make this choice.

Cosmic Ascension is what is talked about when you read about many of the ascended masters where they were able to change their physical body into a light body and be able to stay on earth in this light body. Sometimes people will go through the cosmic ascension with a lower light quotient, but they will not stay on earth since the physical body has not reached a high enough level to hold the energies needed for transforming the physical body. So at that point they will leave the physical body behind and will incarnate one or more times into a physical body until they have reached that level and are able to transform the physical body completely.

Now some more information on the 5th dimension you are thinking is the ultimate goal. It is not.

The earth is reaching for a higher level than the 5th dimension; we are talking about the 13th dimension which is the only dimensional frequency at this time that is not physical anymore.

The earth will still retain the physical frequency dimensions but her energy will be at a 13th dimensional level and you will at one point go into that frequency as well if you choose to do so.

The new earth is not just about the 5th dimensional frequencies since they are still physical frequencies. It is the start of returning to living in the light body and we know this will take many life times going from 5th dimensional frequencies until you have reached the 13th dimensional frequencies.

Now at this time, the energies are here to support you in completing cosmic ascension and reach those 13th dimensional frequencies before the ascension of the earth. We are in a time of no rules. Many of you might not know this, but the years leading up to the ascension of the earth is the time of no rules. This means all is allowed and the rules are not applicable at this time. There are many teachings for cosmic ascension and many ways to cosmic ascension. And they all used to take many life times as you all know. This time is different since the earth is going into the higher dimensional frequencies and if you choose to do so you can follow her into those higher dimensional frequencies

You have to let go of the idea of going into the 5th dimension at this time to be able to reach your highest level of attainment, the 13th dimension. Think of it, let go and be free, reach your highest possible goal and be completely free of the physical attachments that will be following you until you reach the 13th dimension and are really free.

Yes it means a choice, but it’s an easy one, don’t you think?

Yes it means work and really following through on it.

No more just following, but taking real action, making a real change and allow yourself to become that conscious creator free of any physical attachment.

Many will ask now, how do I make the choice and what is it I need to do for the cosmic ascension. And the biggest one is, why should I, why should I take classes, why should I pay money, why is it that I have to work for this.

To become free, you have to make the conscious choice to release all attachment to the physical. Can you do this on your own? Yes why not. But many of you have not reached the conscious level of being able to do this without the teachings that are needed to complete cosmic ascension. There are many teachings available and yes some you will have to pay for. But this is needed for you to start to release your attachment. We could give it all to you right now. Would you be able to understand? Would you be able to learn all of it if you are not consciously aware of it? Many of you think it is a play, and yes it is. But it’s a serious play and you have all chosen to be in this play. This is why you came to earth to incarnate over and over again. You have all grown beyond the need of learning how to deal with duality and now is the time to completely leave the duality that is attached to being physical.

Now is the time to become cosmic love and compassion, full source beings that have completed the cycle of incarnating into the physical dimensions.

Many teachers will offer classes and you will have to listen to your heart if you need any of the classes.

Some might seem just frivolous to you, but they can be very important to your cosmic ascension so you will have to pay attention as to what is needed for you.

Many attunements that are offered are not just attunements; part of cosmic ascension is to bring in all that you are. You have lived many incarnations in many circumstances and left part of your energies there. Every attunement even if it is just as simple as a reiki attunement will bring in the energies that were used during some of those lifetimes and return them to you in this lifetime to complete your energy bodies, make them whole again.

This is you, this is what you will be again as you are a source being. It is your true purpose of being here on earth at this time.
