as you have traversed the journey

of ascension

you come to realize that you

have been meeting yourself....

yes...meeting yourself coming

and going....

all is you..

you are all that is...

as that

you have been releasing aspects of yourself

thru relationship, things and beliefs

that are not in alignment with

the truth of you...

likewise....as these aspects of you depart

those aspects of you that are

closer to the truth of you

come forth....

this is the process

of in-scension

bringing 'all of you' home

within yourself....

this very process

is the result of awakening

your 12 strands of DNA

and is birthing a totally

new strand...

the    ~13 ~  !!!!!!!!

this in itself

is a new aspect of god....

love yourselves...

embrace yourselves for a job

well done

for those of us here 

that are your true I AM presence

are now closer and closer

 within each now experience

simply choose for love

dear one...

choose to see only innocence

in all things

for that very choice

brings our presence

closer within

that which you are....

dear one....

 

you....you are the one who abides as

the lakes of time

you are the crystal clear waters

that reflect your divinity

in all ways....all form

around you....

 

do you see the reflection

OF THE BEAUTY OF YOU

shining forth thru

the sacred waters of love....

of life????

 

you are that tree....

you are the cell of god

appearing as a reflection

of that which god is

in the lakes and waters

of duality...

 

the trees on the sand...

those who have taken on form

are your reflection....

 

as you can see clearly

in this picture they are

"one with you"

 

there is no separation

between the form of you

and the part of you

that abides yet still

in the waters of purity

 

that part of you that knows itself

to be wondrous...divine...

unlimited forever....

 

the tree that stands on the shores

of time

(you)

becomes ....returns

to that which the truth of you

brings forth from the depths

of your unconscious mind....

 

the waters are a symbol

of the truth of our union

 

there is never a moment in time

when the waters of life

are not living you....

 

as the tree that you are

that stands on the edges of time

in form

allow the tree of reflection

that abides in the heart of love

allow that tree

to bloom your now's....

 

all you need do

is allow this...

allow all the false loves

to fall away

so that love itself....true love

 

the presence...

 

melds with you

dissolves into you...

becoming once again

the truth of this glorious

union we share as one...

 

allow the tree of reflection

to be that which it is...

 

perfection....

 

know that this perfection is you...

....

allow...allow....allow

 the waters of time

to bring home all that is not

the truth of you..

 

as you release

all that is not you

it allows the true waters

of love

to flow freely

as the waterfalls

fall to their perfect

destination 

 

these waters are filled

wit the chalice of divine love

 

this is your ascension process....

 

when you make the choice

to come home to your god-self

you become once again

 as the reflection

of divinity...

 

you are an extension

of this divinity eternally

 

you are the experience

of all that god is...

 

one with me again

as it was in the beginning

traveling thru all of creation

experiencing and reflecting

to all the beauty

of that which I am....which you are...

 

 

you are now the observer

of all the forms and energies

that surround your holy space....

 

these mirrors of self

reflect to you

either thru form or energy

that which you

believe to be true

about your Self....

 

when you stand as the tree

on the sands of time

you forget that you

are an extension

of the tree of divinity

that abides just beneath you

yet is one with you..

 

ascension is the process

of claiming this truth

and releasing all

that you have believed

~was you~

to birth the

I resist my cancer

I resists my nausea

I resist my fatigue

“What do you come to show? I ask

“You called us to show the darkness of guilt you have hid.” They reply.

“Let us be and we will reveal all these dark spaces

allowing them to surface for you forgiving.

Are you willing?”They ask.

I resist at first, then a light brightens 

revealing all I have called to myself

these  gifts, now willingly I bless 

sending my love,

my regret  for denying my request

my gratefulness for the gifts they bring

a lightness of being my forgiveness brings

to share with you and all who send their love or not.

a phrase that sits in my heart

longing to be realized...

as i leave judgment behind...

the eyes of the heart open wide

and in that... a miracle occurs....

the heart sees

the only truth there is...

Love is...

seeing beyond form...

we meet the substance of Love

physical forms...

 whatever they may be...

create an illusion of reality

that maintains

the ego world of separation

when judgment is relinquished

resistance disappears

as one encounters

the flow of the moment

in a state of   a l l o w a n c e...

the substance of Love

is revealed

flow...

 ease...

 grace...

perfection in the moment

is the experience

here

one realizes

that it is Love

and only Love

that is encountered

at every turn.

Love is ever present before you

asking you to recognize yourself

in all things....

people, events, circumstances

you do not know what anything is or is for

and so you sit in perfect trust

that all is exactly as it needs to be

what is it that rises up in you this moment?

aaahhh....the opportunity to bless it all

to know only Love eternally.....

you live in the 'no-time' zone....

that dimension where only Love is real

wrapped in gentleness

you breathe in loving thoughts.....

and extend only that...

for Love is what you are

and the Voice for Love reminds you....

I and the Father are one....

all else is illusion

i no longer project blame

on others

knowing them as but myself

yet lingering thoughts of separation persist

calling forth

many regrets for my selfishness

and unconcern for other's feelings/wants

i could slink into depression

or flagellate myself

for these perceived past sins

or bring them into now

to bless and declare them gone

with the great rays of day

which wash all sins away

of course i choose to bless

awaiting the bright shining

of heaven's day

no separation….

simply loves dance

that shows up in form

this day…

chair I sit upon…

all come from within me

I am within all things

that I witness in each now moment…

all I see is simply

a thought

coming from within me

manifesting itself

for my delight!!!

I love myself

I rest in gratitude

for all that I create….

I am simply a point of awareness

that witnesses

the “ presence”…

that which in truth

I AM

all else I think I see

is coming from a belief

held deep within me…

I AM ALL THAT IS…

divinity is witnessed

as I dissolve the small self

into the ONE SELF

as I allow my earthly eyes

to see that which

“breathes” all that I witness…

and that very essence

is in all things…

a relative, a friend calls

recent event,
interesting occurrence,
a problem,
a treasure found...
my small self says
 "quite interesting
but what of me" ...
my larger self speaks quietly
 "receive the gift they offer

receive the love
that sources all."

because your body has

seemingly shown you that

this is true...

have you noticed that as you expand

by letting go of all beliefs

that the "things" around you become smaller???

you have reversed the mirror...

now you are simply witnessing

divided parts of the whole...

yet you are the whole...

you feel your grandness...

you feel yourself to be that which you are...

you are the field of love

through which all things

spring forth...

all of creation exists

because of "you"....

it is here in honor of "you"

expand your sense of self

by letting go of all limiting beliefs

that have held you captive...

they are all illusions....

open your wings.....allow them

to encompass all that "you are"

instead of allowing what you thought

you were

to limit you.........

breathe unlimited ness...

drench yourself in the truth

of that which you are....

light your inner candle once again

with a match that

only need be used one time....

you are the match

that lights the candle

the eternal flame of love

that has always been there

you are the light that shares itself

with all of creation

it is a light that no wind...

no storm....no rain

could ever diminish...

MOVING TO NEUTRALITY

Thoughts carry no meaning

in and of themselves.....

beliefs, ideals, rules, laws

are simply thoughts you

as a collective

have applied meaning and value to...

choosing to place them on a pedestal to be revered...

yet...

you gain a perspective on how

you create the world you experience,

if you can consider the possibility

of the following thought...

Dear one, it is YOU who create meaning...

it is YOU who create value

applying these to whatever you choose.

IF... all events are neutral...

please consider this possibility...

IF all events are neutral...

then it is YOU and YOU ALONE

who creates the experiences

that come to you as

people, places, things, times and events....

Can you imagine withdrawing all meaning/value

from what you ‘see’ for even a moment?

Can you look at something and NOT

interpret what it means?

What happens to the picture before you

when you do that?

Dear one, as you release yourself

from the ‘idea bondage’ of value,

can you see how you free yourself

from judgment and attachment

to any and all you encounter?

If we consider the terms,

“old now” “new now,”

then we see that the first

holds you bound to the idea

of meaning and value for all you see.

The second frees you to allow all as it is...

devoid of any meaning or value interpretation.

This shift to perfect allowance

allows you to bring love

to every moment.

Extend only love always

and you are present

to every person, place and thing.

Extend only love always

and you function from unified essence.

Extend only love always

and you are one with the Father.

Moving to neutrality

is not a passive act

but rather,

it is an imperative step

to dissolving the illusion

that has gripped your mind

for so long

Moving to neutrality

allows you to experience

a new now

in coming Home to Love
